GRIT X: Thursday Morning Strength Workouts via Livestream
6:30AM All Levels At-Home Workouts
GRIT X is here, and it’s built to push you further. This isn’t just another workout—it’s a deep dive into strength, endurance, and mobility, designed to challenge every part of you. Whether you’re looking to lift heavier, move better, or just test your limits, this class delivers. Every week, we’ll grind through AMRAP and circuit-style (Tabata) programming, with modifications and progressions for all levels. No matter where you’re starting, you’ll leave stronger.
Class Breakdown:
80% Strength Training
10% Cardio
10% Mobility
We train with the equipment you have. Whether it’s dumbbells (5 lbs to 100+ lbs), a bench, kettlebells, resistance bands, or just your bodyweight, we make every piece work for you.
But GRIT X isn’t just about the workout—it’s about the community. We push each other, challenge each other, and grow together. And starting in May 2025, we’re bringing that energy beyond the gym with monthly social events to connect, celebrate, and keep each other motivated.
