Format description.

Welcome to KEG HIIT, the ultimate high-intensity interval training workout that takes your fitness to the next level! This free 50-minute class is held every Saturday at 10 AM at Malcolm Yards and is open to all levels.

During this bodyweight HIIT class, you'll be coached through a series of challenging cardio and full-body strength exercises, all set to the beat of the latest music. But that's not all - we take things to the next level by incorporating empty 15 and 30 pound keg barrels into our objective-based strength sets, adding an extra level of challenge to your workout.

Whether you're a seasoned fitness pro or just starting out, this class is designed to challenge and inspire you to reach your fitness goals. And with new weekly music, you'll never get bored! So come join us for KEG HIIT and experience a workout like no other. See you there!
